A 3M island bench that seats 10, an ice maker fridge, dishwasher, gas cooktop, microwave and all cooking/entertaining equiptment & utensils. All the appliances you need including a blender, rice cooker, coffee machine and sandwich press. Both bathrooms are brand new, one with a huge bath. Bed 1 - a queen bed with air conditioning, an ensuite and a plasma TV Bed 2 - 2 bunk beds (4 singles), a double sofabed (suitable for kids only) and a TV & DVD player. A big room that kids will love, full of toys and books. Bed 3 - a queen bed Bed 4 - a bunk bed (2 singles) Bed 5 - a bunk beds (2 singles) All contain light-med doonas, pillows and blankets. BYO linen. The house also contains a portacot, high chair and stroller for your use. Walk outside onto the huge deck that overlooks the treelined, fully fenced backyard with a lawn perfect for cricket, footy or riding bikes. It has a 4 burner, hooded BBQ with a 14 seater outdoor table. Watch the kids play with the basketball hoop, swing set, trampoline or "kids house" that has a blackboard for budding artists, dolls house and heaps of toys & games. There are 2 canoes to take to the beach, together with a beach umbrella and some beach chairs. There's a 15M driveway to safely store boats, jetskis....
