Relaxing, self-contained & private holiday cottage, situated in a quiet, leafy street with a 5 minute walk to food shops and a good pub, and 3 minutes drive the main street. There are two large heritage bedrooms - the Rose room with two singles and a fold out, with pristine Egyptian cotton linen, airconditioning/heating, extra duvets and electric blankets on all beds for the colder months. There's a new bathroom with large spa, a fully equiped kitchen, dishwasher and full laundry. There is an extensive DVD library, a new flat screen TV in the stretch-out comfortable lounge room, cards and board games, books, a private child-safe enclosed back garden, BBQ, outdoor setting, hammock & plenty of secure off-street parking for 3/4 cars. There is tea/coffee/milk/condiments and if you come in late, we leave you breakfast for the morning. We provide washing pdr, spray starch etc in the laundry and car washing facilities.
