Modernised lowset 3 bedroom brick home with in internal spa, fully fenced, very private, in a quiet no through laneway set amongst tropical gardens, with front courtyard. Only 200 metres walk to quiet and safe Scarness beach, esplanade, shops and restaurants. Beach is off-leash 4pm - 8am Makings for first breakfast provided. Well stocked pantry items for your use. The property sleets up to 6 adults in 3 bedrooms. There are 2 queen beds with pillow top chiropractic mattresses, 2 single beds. A portacot and/or fold out bed is available at no extra charge. Bedding and linen provided includes pillows, wool doonas (for winter), blankets, luxury 375 gm sheets, pillowcases, luxury towels, bathmats, beachtowels, tea towels, handtowels, spa robes and spa towels,and cot sheets, towels and blankets. For longer stays linen is changed on the 3rd day, and there are spare items supplied. There is no charge for the linen. Pet bed and towels
