This beachfront house is nestled amongst a select group of beachfront homes in Tangalooma Resort. The perfect location for those wanting a quiet and tranquil getaway. Soft sand, crystal clear water and continuous calm waves are yours to enjoy. Guests can indulge in the privacy of this ideal beachfront location as well as access to many of the resort facilities. By day from the deck, you can keep an eye out for an endless assortment of wildlife from whales, dolphins and birds almost at your doorstep to cruise ships and freighters passing by in the not so far off distance. When the sun starts to set, it's the perfect time to enjoy a casual evening on the upper deck after a day at the beach or touring the island. Indulge in the most spectacular sunsets and ultimate views across the bay with the twinkling night lights of Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. The house has four spacious bedrooms with ceiling fans in each. Two large living areas, indoor and outdoor dining areas, 2 ½ bathrooms and separate laundry room. . A large spacious kitchen with island bench and seating is a great place to whip up a casual holiday dinner. Kitchen includes European appliances – gas cook top and oven, microwave, gas and large refrigerator. Second refrigerator is located in the laundry room. Additional permanent features include BBQ; fully insect screened, Plasma wall screen TV with DVD player in lower living area. TV and stereo in upper living room. BEDDING CONFIGURATION: Bedroom 1: Queen Size bed Bedroom 2: Double Bed Bedroom 3: Double Bed Bedroom 4: 2 Single Beds Plus 2 single foldaway beds (suitable for children only) and porta-cot.

Once a booking is confirmed, a 25% deposit is required. Once a deposit is received, any cancellations will incur a non-refundable $50 administrative fee. Bookings cannot be accepted without supply of a signed valid Credit Card No. (Visa or Mastercard only). Linen and towels (not beach towels) are supplied at no extra charge. The house is cleaned prior to and after each booking. Check-in time is 2.00 pm and check-out time is 10.00 am. |
