Features include "two" huge upstairs out door entertainment areas overlooking incredible scenery including the Ovens river, Canyon Walk and Apex Hill. The Master bedroom accesses both outdoor areas.The kitchen is simply grand; a chefs dream come true with a large island bench with a Kashmir gold granite top which is also featured in all four bathrooms. Billiard room, bar with wine fridge, wall to wall wine racks and a self contained apartment with second kitchen. Also for your pleasure 105cm plasma TV, DVD and Austar satellite cable, spa bath, gas BBQ, double garage with remote controlled doors, remote controlled electric external awnings, beautiful gardens and much more.

| Rates | Rates are $2835 per week and $1215 per 3 day weekend. The rates are applicable for up to 6 guests. You can expect to pay $25 per person over 6 guests. For 14 people this equates to just $39 dollars per person per night in absolute river front luxury. This is cheaper than the cheapest motel in Bright. However our agent, Bright Information Centre, can negotiate rates based on seasonal demand and total guests. Linen and towels are "not" provided but linen hire is available. A 10% discount applies for weekly bookings. |

Bunk room- 5x single beds. This home comfortably sleeps 12 "plus" the double pull out. Linen and Towels are not supplied but can be rented via the Information Centre. All beds have electric blankets, mattress protectors, doonas and cover, 2 pillows and protectors.
