It is situated approximately 2 kilometres from all the delights of Rye front beach, fabulous shopping precinct and the ever popular fairground attractions. The property can easily accommodate up to 10 guests, with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, split system air-conditioning, central heating and dishwasher. Spacious central entertaining deck, with access from living/dining/master bedroom. Gas BBQ connected to mains, 10 seater outdoor dining setting under a fully shade sailed deck with flood lighting. Safe fully fenced rear garden with sand pit, cubby house, swings, trampoline, slide, and table tennis. Cot and high chair available. Property has double lock up garage. Ths is a new property with taseful decor throughout. Definitely no schoolies bookings. The cost of linen is an additional $20.00 per person, however you are welcome to bring your own. Doonas with covers and pillows are provided.
