Shabby chic renovated house and seperate fully self contained bungalow. PERFECT for a couple of families holidaying together - take our ocean kayaks to the beach which is only 50M away. House - Open plan with lovely living area with 38" flatscreen TV & DVD player, an iPod/iPhone docking station, a dining table that seats 12 and a fireplace that is unbelieveably effective! It has a new kitchen with stone benchtop, micro, dishwasher, rice cooker, sandwich press, blender etc etc Bed 1 - 3 bunks (6 singles) with TV and DVD player Bed 2 - a Queen bed Walk outside to a huge sunny north backyard with all BBQ and entertaining facitilies, together with basketball hoop, swing set and a big enclosed trampoline. The lawn is dead flat - perfect for cricket, bikes and long enough to have a good kick of the footy. Bungalow - A kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster/kettle and a bathroom(shower/toilet) and table that seats 4. Bed 3 - queen bed Bed 4 - 3 bunks (6 singles) with a TV/DVD player. All beds have pillows and light/med doonas. The garage has 2 kayaks, a table tennis table, 4 scooters (byo helmets), 4 boogie boards, a beach umbrella, 2 kids bikes (byo helmets), toddlers cars.....
