    we cannot checked in early soon as we arrive we have to wait. other hotels can offer alternative check in time outside from the standard time of 2pm. there is only person in the reception to accommodate the check in time (disappointing). the second person came in to answer the call but not very friendly "no eye contact" whilst she is at the reception, did not attempt to help at the reception to ease the que. the room is huge very good. but the noise of the airconditioning is very loud during the night i cannot sleep. there is some smell from the bathroom evaporating, although the toilet is clean and the bathroom is clean. outside from these, we are happy to find this place very close to transport and cost us only $12 from the casino. no food services. when i was directed to your supplier "delivery" the area has no driver to deliver so i have to sleep hungry. your breakfast does not have other food offer option? maybe some asian breakfast "congee" boiled egg, or others. thank you. see you again.
