We spent 2 nights in the Westin Denarau in an Ocean View Room. The rooms are spacious and modern with a Heavenly Bed which is as described..."heaven". Our room only had a small view of the ocean however as we didnt spend much time in the room as it wasnt a necessity. The facilities at the Westin are fantastic. There are restaurants on site, and the pool area is great with poolside food services. The advantage of staying at the Westin is you can use other facilities in the Sheraton group that are walking distance. We also dined at the Radisson which is within walking distance and had a buffet meal at cheap prices. The beach at Denarau is very average so don't expect white sand and beautiful water. In Fiji its best to visit the islands if you want a tropical island experience, however the Westin is a good stay for 2 or 3 nights on your way to the islands.

Still waiting for a refund after paying for but not having a Ocean View Room.Very disappointing that staff were not helpful despite several complaints including a written one at the time to which we have received not reply but we will not let the matter rest.
